Description

“Finally… Provide Your Clients with The Complete Core Training Solution that Encompasses Performance, Fitness, and Rehabilitation”

The horrors we saw in the gym inspired the seminar.

On a daily basis we would see people, trainers and coaches doing exercises that were classified as core exercises but watching their technique and program design, we could see it was more of a back injury program than a core training program.

Tony, Dean, Jeff, and myself were talking about the crazy stuff we see in the gym when it comes to core training during one of our Upper Body Edition coaching calls. We were tossing around the idea of doing a seminar on core training.

It took some time to book a weekend that we all could attend and share our perspectives on core training from each of our areas of expertise.

A seminar on core training and spine health was presented by each of us in the Great White North.

Our area of expertise was Performance, Training, Rehabilitation and Assessment.

We looked at the questions and answered them.

How? How do we train our clients for maximal core training results while still maintaining their spine health?

Why? When it comes to program design, what do we do?

When? When is the right time to do core training, progress exercises, regression exercises, add other techniques, or refer on?

Where? In order to get their core training and spine health results, where can your clients go? We look at the areas that we work in.

What? We get to the exercises after that. In order to reach your goals, you have to do some exercises.

Trainers and coaches were able to attend the seminar live. We recorded it so you could get the information you need to help your clients reach their training goals.

You can see what we cover in the online seminar.

The seminar covers spine health and core training.

Benefits of Spinal Health & Core Training Seminar:
  • Learn new training knowledge, skill and exercises from the comfort of your home
  • Instead of going to a seminar, have the seminar go with you and watch it wherever you are on your computer, tablet or phone
  • Avoid being “That Trainer.” You know what I mean, “What is that trainer doing with his client?”

What is the purpose of spine health and core training?

Trainers and coaches want to know the how, when, where and what when it comes to core training. If you’re looking for a bunch of random exercises that hurt the back and hammer the core, then you’re not going to like Spinal Health & Core Training.

Who is not eligible for core training?

If you’re looking for a stack of core exercises that just blast the body with no purpose, plan or reason, this isn’t for you. If you are looking for something like this, you should check out the Rippped Abs or 6 Week Six-Pack DVDs. She promotes back injuries and blasts the core.
